Today started out very, very foggy in my neighborhood. This photo was taken about 10:30 a.m. this morning as I was leaving for work. The fog was lifting in some parts of town by the time I got to work. I brought my camera with me just in case I had the chance to get out and do some shooting after work.
By the time I finished up with work, dinner was cooking and there wasn't any time for photo shooting. Dang! I hate it when that happens. No time for me. My son had dinner done for me when I walked in the door. He's so good to me, sometimes.
The photo below, is when I got home tonight. I didn't take the time to line things up, not even enough time to line up the horizon. I was in too much of a hurry. I really like the morning shot better, but I wanted to show we did finally get some sunshine!
My guy is still on the road. It's been a really slow run this time. He had more than three days to get from Los Angeles, CA, to Portland, OR. Not good when you get paid by the mile. I kept asking him to come this way, take a little detour, and stop by for the weekend. Miles-wise, it was not a good idea. Thank goodness for cell phones. I miss him!
My son was finally able to get our outside Christmas lights down. He's been really sick this past couple of weeks with the crud. And, it's been so cold the past few weeks. With the sunshine this afternoon, he was able to get this done for me. While I was at work, he got alot of things done around the house. Gotta love him! He's a good kid.
All my furbabies are doing great. Peanut, our smallest Yorkie, he's doing so well. He truly is amazing. You would never know he was so sick when he was little, if you didn't already know. Isn't he cute?

Great pics! I just got my christmas lights down last week. Glad your son is pitching in and helping. I see that there is no snow in your neighborhood. Peanut is very cute. Have a great week. http://journals.aol.com/dcmeyer420/DearDiary/

The "morning photograph" is especially good. I've never seen another one that captures the fog half as well. I feel like I'm standing right there in the middle of it. Worthy of a contest entry somewhere. Keep clicking!

I'm crazy about yorkies too, I've had 3. They are the sweetest dogs in the world.

I enjoy the pictures and now I'm jealous cuz I've wanted to add borders for a LONG time and NEVER yet figured it out. I guess I don't have the right programs. Kat has told me, yet, nothing. :-( Woe be me. Your Yorkie is a cutie. :-)

Nice photos! I love your puupy! So darn cute! I keep showing hubby pics of them, in hopes he will give in and say Yes I can have one! He doesn't want his baby getting jealous! I told him she'd love it, because she'd have a "baby" to take care of!

I'm liking the two moods of your neighborhood...
If that's all you get time to shoot in a day....well, at least it's something, right?!?!
I always enjoy the cute puppy pics here. They have SO much personality!!!

Aww, so we aren't the only ones getting all this fog! Know they a lot of it in Utah (Salt Lake) as well. Strange winter. Glad to see you got some sunshine!
