As if LIFE hasn't dealt me enough already... My gramma is in the hospital. I'm not sure she'll be able to come home again. New Year's Day will be her 84th birthday! She told me last night, she only wanted to make it through Christmas, and she's done that. Actually, she sounded pretty content with herself, relaxed. I am sure gramma will go to a nursing home after this stay in acute care for her severe pain complicated by other problems of age.
I am soooo ready for a New Year!
